In an exclusive interview with Nigerian News Angle, the leader explained: "A week ago, I was visited by some media aides of the Governor at my country home in Gakem, Bekwarra LGA. They said they were in Bekwarra to witness the lighting up of Ijibor, Ugboro, Ukpah, and Afrike 1. They also informed me that the next phase of the project would commence from Ibiaragidi ward, Abuochiche ward, extending towards Gakem ward.
